Show gardens at national shows have always been a part of what we do. This show garden called "Down the Garden" was at BBC Gardeners World live and won me a Silver-Gilt medal.
This is a beautifully maintained Japanese pond area in Birkhamstead, Hertfordshire. We worked closely with the client to plant the side of the pond with plants that complement and contrast against the water.
We commissioned the installation of this lovely pathway into the garden, then planted the garden too with all year round seasonal color. The pathway goes from the house to the garden greenhouse.
We planted flowering cherry trees then 15,000 tulip bulbs and 3000 Hyacinths bulbs for a lovely spring walk. As the cherry trees grow the walk will get more and more special each year. This is part of the wedding reception area at Laceby Manor.
This is a round kitchen garden that we built and maintain. Picket fencing for sweet peas, round raised planters for no-dig gardening and a greenhouse with rose arches too.
This garden was only completed two weeks before this and we took great pleasure in mowing the grass for the first time and adding impact to the way the whole garden looks.
This is a grass tennis court that's used for entertaining too. Lawn treatments and regular mowing makes the lawn look the way it does. We always have a massive sense of achievement to provide a finish like this for the client.
We maintain this swimming pond and waterfall. Originally built by Diarmuid Gavin and his team. This is set in a lovely part of the Lincolnshire countryside.
This grass verge gets all sorts of different stripy patterns throughout the year. We work hard on this and make crisscross, and straight stripes too, giving us the time to experiment for the client too.
